Salaried positions will take you years to get because either 1.) The incumbent has been their for years and wont leave anytime soon 2.) highly competitive and sought after roles. Pay is worse too with rising cost of living. Depending on the position you can kiss M-F goodbye. Your work life balance will not be very good. If you don't have the skills in customer service, and don't know how to handle difficult people, then maybe MLC is not for you.
